Forms
The valuation, newsletter, Street Host, First-Timers Circle, home alerts and Ask the Street forms are prototypes. They aren't connected to any server, so your details go nowhere. When you submit one, the page tells you so.
Saved in your browser
Two features use your browser's own storage, on your device only: the valuation form keeps a draft so you can come back to it, and the Sale-Ready Score remembers your last result. Clear your browser's site data to remove them. Neither is sent to us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
If Fanlight went live
A live version would need a full privacy notice under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, covering who the data controller is, the lawful basis for each use of your data, how long it's kept, who it's shared with (for example conveyancers, only with your agreement), and your rights to access, correct and delete it, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
